Reservations and cancellations
  • Reservations can be made by phone or email, but will be confirmed only upon receipt of the payment of an advance equal to 30 percent of the total amount of the stay, to be made by bank transfer, within 48 hours of confirmation of availability. After this deadline, the reservation is canceled.
  • Any request for change or cancellation of the reservation must be received by e-mail at least 7 days before the date set for arrival in the low season. At least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date in high season.
  • After this deadline, or in case of no-show, the amount paid as a deposit will be charged.
  • These terms are subject to change at management’s discretion when an offer or promotion is entered into.
  • Failure to arrive and early departures will result in the full amount of the booked stay being charged.
